- When you join, you're added to an Organization by default. You can be part of multiple organizations and switch easily.
- Add users to Teams, which determines your what you can do. All Teams being roles means that you never have to hardcode your processes to specific people, which will let you easily add people to teams and hit the ground running.
- Your entire company can build Flow Designs to easily document the steps in your business how they have always been done to ensure that they are done the same way in the future. These are easily changeable, with an easy ability to see past history, and anyone can keep it up to date (unless you restrict it).
- Flow Designs can be run as Flows for each iteration of the process, each customer, each whatever you want! Flows will record data at every step, keeping track of who provided what, who did what, and how it got done.
- Your Flows can seamlessly change to new versions whenever you want, with old flows continuing to use the old version, and new flows using the new version.
- External Flows and Invite steps means you can have customers directly answer items without an account and immediately hand them off to your employees.
- Automatic update emails, nudge reminders that you send out manually, or chat messages can be used to keep things on track.
- Get Notifications only for things that directly need your action or attention. You won't need to worry about the rest.
- If your business has standard formats for data, you can build Forms that can be attached to steps. These can have different versions as well.
- View results by viewing the Flow link, or view them en masse at Flow Results, which are exportable via JSON or CSV. These JSON or CSV files can combine results across versions.
- Keep a Company Playbook to keep all key flows and information in a single easy-to-reference page.
- Schedule recurring Flows automatically if you would like.
- Permissions are open by default, but you can restrict who can edit flow designs, who can start them, who can view the results, and even viewing results of individual steps.
