This tutorial assumes that you have at least run your first Flow to get some results to view. If you’d like a step-by-step tutorial for that, you can check out our Create (and run!) your first Flow tutorial! When you first log in, the "My Flows" dashboard provides an overview of tasks that require your attention.
The "Waiting on Me" section lists flows that need your action, while "Waiting on Others" tracks tasks assigned to others. Now, let’s click on the “View in Detail” button next to “Waiting on Me”.
In this page, you can view individual tasks with their completion percentages and more information about their statuses, helping you stay on top of deadlines. Now, let’s click on “Waiting for Me” and select “Completed” from the dropdown.
In the future, you’ll most likely have a lot of items here, so let’s search just for "My new flow."
Clicking on a completed flow opens the Flow Viewer, showing step-by-step breakdowns of tasks, timestamps, and acknowledgments.
Next we can view the results of an External step that embeds external sites, such as Google Docs or other resources, which can be accessed directly within the platform.
But what if you want to view more than one Flow at a time? Let’s click on the "Results" tab in the left-hand sidebar.
The Flow Results page offers a list of all the Flows where you’re allowed to view the results en-masse, and you can click on "View Results" to see all the submissions.
Make sure to scroll the table all the way to the right to view all the data! On the desktop, you can do this by holding shift while you scroll on the table.
You can also click on “View Chat” view the chat history from within the Flow Viewer.
If you’d like to learn more about exporting data in CSV or JSON format, consider checking out the Download bulk Flow Results tutorial!
