First, navigate to the Templates section in Slipstream. You’ll see a list of available flow templates categorized under different topics like Human Resources, Finances, and Asset Management. You can use the search bar to find a specific template. When you find the template you want to use, click "Preview" to take a closer look at it.

Once you're in the Preview mode, you'll see a description of the template and the different steps included in the flow. Now, let's scroll down and view all the steps.

If this is the template you want to use, click "Import Template" to bring it into your workspace.

Next, you'll be prompted to assign teams to the template. Here, you can select existing teams or create new ones that will be responsible for specific parts of the workflow. Once you've assigned the teams, click "Import Template" again.

After importing, you'll be taken to the Flow Builder screen, where you can see the steps of the flow. If needed, you can edit any of these steps or add new ones before finalizing the workflow.

Once you're happy with the setup, click "Publish" to make the flow live. You'll see a confirmation screen summarizing the flow details. Click "Publish" again to finalize it.

After publishing, the flow is now active and ready to be used. You can still make edits later if needed by selecting "Settings" or choosing to "Unpublish" the flow.

That’s it! You’ve successfully created and published a workflow using Slipstream’s templates.
