Forms in Slipstream are a more advanced feature, for when you need more information than one or two fields in a step. While it is possible to build the exact same extensive forms in the Flow Builder, the Form Builder will let you build complex Forms that contain the same powerful versioning that that Flow Builder provides. Most likely, you will only need to use Forms if you already have formal documents in your organization, since most of the forms that are created in the Flow Designer can be edited and updated just in the Flow Designer. If you would like to view these “anonymous forms” as an Administrator, you can click on the “Show All Forms” toggle in the Form Builder.
Once you have built and published a Form, you can attach it to a From Form Builder step. Then, you can publish the Flow Design, and your new Form will now be live for any new Flows that run that Flow Design.
Just a fair warning, updating a Form has more steps, since Forms are embedded within Flow Design steps. When you publish a new version of a Form, all Flow Designs that use that form will be updated in the editing version, but they will need to be published if you would like new Flows to use the new version of the Form.
